If you need reliable internet, ask for a room closer to the office, as Wi-Fi strength varies in the building.

No microwave or mini fridge in the room!!! Carpets felt grimy, and the pool was completely drained!!! Maintenance of facilities is lacking, and some basic amenities were just not there!!!

The bed was very comfy, and Hector was awesome, quickly sorting out my wifi issue. The newly updated TV was great for evening entertainment, and the microwave and fridge came in handy for snacks. Location is just a hop away from all the fun at Noah's Ark Water Park!

Unfortunately, the room had some disappointing issues. There was no microwave or mini fridge, despite what was advertised. The wifi didn't reach my initial room, requiring a switch, which was inconvenient.

i almost wanted to give a glowing review, but the absence of basic things like kleenex, and an alarm clock soured my mood. plus, the broken light by the door sealed the deal. how dare they not offer complimentary upgrades for the inconveniences encountered! you would think premium guests woudl ve been treated better!

Great stay with friends! We loved how close it was to the Crystal Grand Theater and a tasty Mexican restaurant nearby. The outdoor pool looked nice, even though we didn't swim. Perfect for saving cash to enjoy attractions like Upper and Lower Dells. Highly recommend it!

The bathroom could use a bit more attention. There wasn’t enough toilet paper when we checked in, which was inconvenient for us.

Comfortable Rooms with Great Customer Service

I stayed for one night and found the room clean with fresh towels and bedding, which was a huge plus. The bed was very comfy, and Hector, the staff member, was professional, friendly, and quickly fixed the wifi issue I had. The motel is simple but has everything you need, making it a good value. However, I noticed there were no coffee makers or fridges in the room, which would have been nice.
